STUDY GROUP

A DEEP‑DIVE EXPERIENCE

In all of my trainings, it is in study groups that I have learned the most:

~space to ask questions~

~time to dive deeper into the technique~

~space to discover my understanding of my body~

~time to ask how it works and why~

~space to discover the difference between cause and effect~

~time to find resolution~

It is also by learning with and from others in a group that I better understand myself.

Explore your practice beyond the mat, understand technique at a deeper level and

learn to move your body with "minimum effort and maximum pleasure".

Meeting monthly as a small group will create a supportive space where you will have time to:

~bring your questions~

~challenge your assumptions~

~explore movement with curiosity~

~develop a richer more intuitive understanding of your body~

We will work through the Pilates mat work syllabus and select advanced exercises that focus

on and cover the following specific areas of the body:

Foundations

Shoulder Girdle

Spine and Torso

The Hip Joint

Foot and Lower Leg work

An opportunity to slow down, study and refine - the study group is perfect for anyone who wants to find resolve for repetitive issues, protection/compensation, recurring injuries and asymmetry whilst providing space and time to elevate your practice with intention and insight.

Please contact me to register your interest with your thoughts, wishes desires and intentions.
