BED & BATH WORKSHOP
Friday 20 March 7-9pm

My desire to maintain a full range of movement in my body and increase strength through

a gentle process has always been best supported by practicing on a bed and in a bath.

Both are very beneficial and enable a way of working that is easier and less stressful thereby creating noticeable improvements with more efficacy and less strain.

Discover two of the most overlooked yet incredibly powerful places to deepen your

Pilates based home practice: your bed and your bath.

A calming, ease‑focused workshop that explores how supportive these two familiar environments can transform the way your body opens, and restores movement.

BED

A bed offers softness, comfort and gentle support allowing you to:

~explore deeper stretches~

~strengthen with less strain~

~move with more confidence and ease~

BATH*

Warm water removes the weight of your body helping you to:

~release tension in your joints~

~find clearer alignment~

~access your core with less effort~

~stretch muscles that are fully warmed and ready to open~

Join me in the studio as we work through a specifically designed sequence to practice at your leisure which is nurturing, accessible and restorative.
