“To see the world, things dangerous to come to,

to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel.

That is the purpose of life.”

James Thurber.

~

In a quest to change the future by understanding the past,

to shine a light on self-knowledge, shared vulnerability, and kindness,

a leap of faith is often required.

This film explores and shares that leap of faith.

I choreographed this 5 minute solo for film in 2022.
This was the first choreography and performance that I made public in over 20 years and came after a long process of searching, understanding, accepting and learning.

I felt it was time to resume sharing my passion for dance in the public arena once again, to fulfil my desire to tell a story through movement, to perform, and to be vulnerable with no limits.
With thanks to Jack Elliot Hobbs for this film and thanks to you for watching, for your feedback and for your support, Andromeda.
